Information Rights - Art. 15 GDPR

All users have the right to obtain, at any time and free of charge, information about which personal data concerning them is stored.

Rectification and Completion - Art. 16 GDPR

In addition, users have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.

Withdrawal of Consent - Art. 7(3) GDPR

Users can revoke their consent at any time, generally with future effect, and object to the future processing of their personal data in accordance with the legal requirements. The objection can be made, in particular, against processing for the purpose of direct advertising, and it should be directed to the data controller (as listed above) of this online offering.

Objection - Art. 21 GDPR

Users have the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. We will no longer process the personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Deletion - Art. 17 GDPR

Stored data will be deleted by us as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose, and there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion. If the users' data cannot be deleted because they are required for other legally permissible purposes, their processing will be restricted. This means that the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This includes, for example, user data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons.

Right to appeal - Art. 77 GDPR

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement if the user considers that the processing of personal data relating to them infringes this Regulation, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to Data Transmission - Art. 20 GDPR

Furthermore, the user has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where:

  • The processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, or
  • The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with SecondSol according to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and
  • The processing is carried out by automated means.
